Invoice templates

Do you upload my invoice?
No. The page makes the invoice and the PDF on your device. The text, the prices and the logo are never sent to a server. Your draft stays in this browser. Read more about privacy.
How do I make a PDF invoice?
Type your details and your lines. Check the preview. Then click Download PDF. The file has real text that you can select and search.
How does the page work out the tax and the total?
It adds the lines. It takes off the discount and shares it over the lines. Then it adds tax for each rate, and shipping. It counts in the smallest unit of the currency, for example cents, so the cents are always right.
Can I use more than one tax rate?
Yes. Set the invoice rate. Then type a different rate on a line when it needs one. The invoice shows one tax row for each rate.
How do I number my next invoice?
Click New invoice. The last number in the invoice number goes up by one. "INV-0009" becomes "INV-0010". Click Duplicate to keep the client and the lines.
Where does the page keep my details?
In this browser, in local storage. It keeps your draft and your business details, so the next invoice starts with them. Click Clear saved data to remove them.
